In Australia, the open houses are for 45 minutes on Saturday (and sometimes Wednesday). We went to look at one house, which was very nice, except for the wife/older lady boiling cabbage.

Yes, it could have. I thought about saying that, but I wanted to keep the discussion at least NC17 or R rated (In the U.S., the movie ratings, from tame to very much not tame, are G, PG, NC17, R, and X. I may have left out one or two, but that's the gist.) ha

And I can't say that I would have read about it in the newspaper, if there had been a body. I was in town only long enough to try to find a house to buy to move into after I moved to the town a couple of months later.

But you know what's strange? Every year since then, the neighborhood has used it as a haunted house for Halloween. j/k! haha

NR is not a rating. As you pointed out, it mean "not rated."

I don't think that XXX is an official rating. Adult movie theaters and vendors use that designation on their X-rated movies to generate more interest in them, especially from teenage boys with raging hormones.

I have seen many movies with NR (means that didn't go through the process of the MCAA. )
And yes XXX is a legitimate rating.
Movies like "The Exorcist" originally had an X rated. There were no sex scenes in that movie.

So now what good cookbooks have you found lately?
