Not too much potato for me. I am going to fill up on the chicken. Drumstick and nuggets please.

Why? Because the last pshyrnk body was in a pool of ink, and she left a smear of ink on Zelda's hand when she said goodbye to go to the library. The same place where pshyrnk was murdered. I also thought the clue left in the books was to ask pshyrnk (since the scribbled notes could also of read to ask him, not just pilotbob). He said that a female tried to hit him in the library.

So, I thought that Flornece tried to hit him in the library and when it did not work out the first time tried again. She also left pretty quickly so had no alibi and no one said they saw her with pshyrnk so there was no proof she did not do it.

I guess I totally missed any clues that pilotbob did it. Regardless, it was very enjoyable to try to figure out! Thanks!

Did anyone get it right?

I guessed Florence too. The smudge of "paint" - she had just come off a flight and hadn't started painting Pshrynk yet. So, why would she have paint on her hands? Also, the doorbell ringing - weird.

btw i voted for natch. very, very early this morning it made some twisted mr sence... i can't seem to find it now... :/

[BTW - the killing & eating of the chicken was included as Zelda's red herring - to distract her from paying attention to the message in the text - which was included for the readers to notice and say "Aha! Zelda has missed a clue!" and be directed to pilotbob]

I thought that pilotbob knew that pshrynk was pretending to murder himself over and over to cover up another murder. That he committed!

By the time Zelda had captured pilotbob onstage, she was off her face on Adrian's stash of Zany Carter Deluxes. So I thought her reasoning would be flawed.

The butlers from ALL the time lines appeared on stage. Since Pshrynk wasn't killed when he was Jeeves, he was one of the 6. He knocked himself out before the scene could be replayed as happened for all the other scenarios (apparent murderous assault by female mod) - since he was both the victim AND Jeeves simultaneously in this time line. Now THAT should make your brain hurt!
