Thanks. It shows that fictionwise haven't changed the server sending the mailings, as that's the exact same server name and IP address from which I got my last mailing back at the start of September 2010.

And since both GeoffC and I got the most recent mailing after having contacted customer services, it seems to me that they must have pruned their mailing list back in September 2010, either deliberately or accidentally.

I'd advise anyone wanting to get the mailings to contact customer services if you aren't receiving them.

I took advantage of the recent 60% off coupon to stock up, and accrue some micropay again. As I halfway expected (and wholly hoped) I've suddenly started receiving email from Fictionwise again. Though I was rather surprised to get an email today with a subject line "Fictionwise: 25% OFF Coupon -- This Weekend ONLY!" but then the body says 35% off using code 050611, good through 08 May. Some sort of time warp?

Now that I've started getting it again, I wonder if I'll keep getting the newsletter once I use up the current micropay balance...

There was a coupon- 35% off, use code 062411.
I didn't get a newsletter for months ,either until I sent a note to customer service and they started reappearing.

Oh thanks! I had been trying that one and it wasn't working. I guess they just put it up later than usual.
