Hi folks,

I tried the latest CR3 with some problematic success. When starting CR3 the display shows the book page threetimes in parallel. I'm sure this is not a feature.
But how to avoid this?
I use the CR3 version cr3-v0.0.6-17-61.1-pro2 on PB Pro612.
Are there any config problems? Or did I miss anything?

I have problem with dictionaries, when I am using them from CR version 0.0.6-17-61, build type pro5 on my PB626. When selected word exists in directory, all is ok. When not, directory is displayed using big font size (go with high resolution version mode?)

If anyone knows how to use quote in CR? I tried set quote, but I can't find where is it managed. For example, seing quotes, deleting...

Do you mean a highlight? In CR they are called citations. You need to set a tap zone for that and then navigate with the physical buttons to choose the paragraph/sentence you want to highlight. Then you will have that in your citations list which you can access via the CR menu. It also creates a text file with all the highlighted paragraphs.

Sorry, I can't find citation list in CR menu. I have PocketBook 631.
I find only "add new citation" by short or long tap. But I can't find there manage all citation.

Ok! I have found menu with citation.
But unfortunately, I can't mark sentence. If I try it - it's or nothing happens, or mark 2-3 paragraph. But I need only 1 sentence...

I have found. You need to set C+ option and mark by buttons < and > until needed sentence was marked. After you need to set C- option and mark by buttons < and > until only needed sentence was marked.

Thanks. I tried it and it looks fine. I'm on Touch Lux 3 but I don't update neither firemware nor CR since the version of both that works fine. Every new versions came with some glitches that bothered me so I decided to stop updating.
I'm on W626.5.12.492 firmware version and Cool Reader cr3-v0.0.6-17-45.2-pro5.

Before tampering with software versions I would recommend tinkering with CR settings regarding fonts, styles. Maybe it has something to do with internal CR settings instead of software version. If this does not help maybe switching to older versions of CR would help.

The size of the font in the dictionary window when a word is not found (list of words mode) seems to reflect the upper bar of the dictionary window font size. This seems to be a feature introduced in later versions of CR or is related to some skin settings. For example

- in v0.0.6-17-57 CR version there is the feature of "Automatically scale touch menu icons"
- in v0.0.6-17-56 version there is a feature of "Dictionary font automatically scales for different resolutions" introduced.
- in v0.0.6-17-55 there is a new feature: "Upped font sizes to 300px and status-bar font sizes to 100px"

All these features may cause problems seen on your screenshots.
My version has much smaller upper bar (see screenshot attached). Try older versions of CR. It won't hurt but might help

@Pokec: I'm using the same version on a PB626 and don't have this problem. It looks to me like some font substitution is not working properly. I attached my settings for you to test it on your system.
On my device neither any font of the Aral family nor the Courier family are installed but DejaVu Sans is installed. Maybe it helps.

My problem is resolved after change skin from pb626fw5 to pb631fw5 and then back to pb626fw5.

I've updated my Pocketbook Basic 2 to the latest firmware version and now cr3 won't load. When I try to open a book in the library there is flash of a blank screen, then it returns to the library. The cr3-pb.crash.log in /system has the line

/mnt/ext1/system/share/cr3/bin/cr3-pb.app: error while loading shared libraries: libjpeg.so.62: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

in it.

Coolreader is cr3-v0.0.6-17-61.1-pro4.zip and the firmware on the device is http://download.pocketbook-int.com/f...-sync_user.zip
