You bet! My order was stuck in "Processing" with expected shipping date of 9/22; now the date changed to 9/30. I never received any updates or apologies from Sony, nor was I offered any monetary compensation for the delay.

So I'd consider myself pretty lucky, if I were you.

I got a tracking number. That's the difference. They actually shipped mine and then recalled it from FedEx after it got a few miles away.

The Sony Style estimated ship dates are usually borked when it comes to pre-orders. The product page will say 10/2, but your order will always say the day after the order. Oversight on their part, but they did still say it would ship on or around 10/2 before you placed the order.
