True, but as far as I know = 100%, mostly because almost all have been quite happy to say that they're in the Phillipines or India or wherever (those are the two usual places), and the ones that say they're in the US obviously are unless they're spoofing call ID.

I work for a client whose international staff often have US phone numbers. Has to do with international phone routing rather than spoofing. The intent is to indicate it's to be considered all one company. Said company of course assumes responsibility for any poor service provided by its agents in this case, of course.

Well, most of the people (those who have foreign accents) cop to being overseas. The rest (those with American accents) say they're here. Point is: I know what I know and this is what I know, and it's unseemly for your folks to prejudge my epistemology, if you catch my drift ....
