PW2 is there a way to flash the firmware back?

Read and follow ALL instructions.
Do not skip any steps.
You need to install a customer not a factory firmware when done. Then the last thing is add the OTA blocker.

Because 5.4.3.2 is an earlier firmware version than 5.4.4.2
It will do no harm if the jailbreak is already installed, and it has been updated to include the same "Survival Code" as the current jail break "HotFix".

Once you have done that, and of course received the confirmation described in that post, you are ready to upgrade to a customer firmware version.

Do not expect any of the customer features or any of are add-ins to work on the factory firmware you now have installed.
(At least what you have installed if I can believe what you are posting.)

Actually as long at the web browser in the initial bin works to the web server I dont care about doing / upgrading anything else at all ever again. In which case I just to lock it so it cant ever upgrade itself?

I am trying to install the hotfix that is indicated in the link to the steps you gave me and you were very explicit I think in telling me not to skip step 5 and 6 for a pw2 but I am failing at step 6, point 6. I cant explian why it says its jailbroken because I have not seen the results/effects described in the links and cannot do the actions, this is why I am so confused.

It says it is jail broken because it is jail broken, now do what I told you to do in the post above that you just quoted.
No confusion required - just do it.
Then return here and post the results of what you have done.
