I ordered it on ebay. It looks like it just shipped. I'll let you know how it is, when I get it.

Normally, I'll vacuum seal my readers when I want take them in the bath, or by the pool/beach. Once sealed, it can't be recharged, nor does it have impact protection if dropped.

Wearever, the case came today. It feels good, it feels solid, without feeling bulky. I really like it except for one thing; my screen is reflective.

Considering that I want to use this outside, that's probably not going to work as it is. I really like the case, so I'm going to get some matte, clear, spray paint and see if that fixes it.

Thanks for the pics SolRaven ! The glare would bother me too, I also got the Paperwhite to use outside. It's one of the reasons I ordered the PW3 instead of the Voyage on sale. I did order a folio case for the PW3. I'm still interested in a watertight case as well for the beach. Let us know if the matte, clear, spray paint worked. It's a nice case, I really liked the blue color too.

The first time I put the case on, I notice that the screen was bowed out. It felt like air caught behind it. I took off the case, and made sure the screen was flush with the case, but it still had a little bit of air in between. I realized I kept trapping air inside, not matter how much I tried not to.

I took the case off, and when I put it on the third time, I left the USB plug open, so they air had a place to escape when I snapped it back together. That worked perfectly. It's probably in the directions, but who reads those anyway?

What about a matte screen protector? Even if you can't find one the right size (but I'll bet there are Kindle-sized ones out there already), you can get sheets of it you cut yourself to fit your device. Should do the trick and if it doesn't, will be removable.

I would never of thought of leaving the UBS plug open, so I would have had to read the directions....... eventually ! So glad it works

Are you bearing in mind that this is a waterproof cover, and thus the screen protector has to be an integral part of the case? Although perhaps you mean that she should put a matte screen protector on top of the built in one?

I thought of that, but wasn't sure how well it would stick to plastic, since they're made for glass. More importantly, a week ago I tried to get one on my tablet, and am still traumatized. If the paint works, I'll probably try it on that too.

I just started a trial prime membership on the german store for shipment to the Netherlands, but there are no discounts visible at the german site :-(

I would love to buy the Voyage, but some discount would be nice.

I don't know if they were on sale outside the US or not, but the sale is over now even in the US.
