Thanks! There hadn't been a lot of skins for it, but decalgirl suddenly had a bunch of them recently.

Endless searching and comparing, witch ereader is the best?

I finally decided to buy a PRS-T1, and now I have to decide witch color I want it.
This really is a First World Problem.


From aesthetic perspective I prefer the white one, however black seems to be more socially accepted among my friends.

white? black? white? black? white? black? white? black? white? black? white? black? white? black? white? black?

I had a red 350. I now have a red T1. I think Sony red looks quite "modern" and stylish. To me it looks less cheap than the black and more stylish than the white.

Like the skins above though, very cool!

If you like the white then buy it! Be an individual and different than your friends. I like the white one better than black.

I thought I would add one more comment. The white T1 looks sharp with the red or black Sony cover. I have the white cover and like it, but it is more an off-white color compared to the bright white of the T1. I am also still wary about how long it will stay clean.

Buy white:

+ takes care of your eyes => no high contrast (red/black cover vs white text background)
+ looks more natural when on or off, similar to paper books
+ doesn't get dirty too quickly (compared to my white phone)

Do I like the color, yes... but still I am not sure
Until friday I will not root it, and be very very careful with the reader.
Then I'll decide to keep it or trade it for a black one.




edit: I have a feeling the white background of the PRS looks less white because of the white surrounding, and that the background would look whiter with a black surrounding.

Can anyone reflect on this?

I got the red one. I already have the silver, black and white colors covered by my other readers.

The red T1's buttons are silvery-pink.

I just looked at mine - its true! They are! I suspect they're silver and reflecting the red off the body.
