The library got back to me and explained someone had changed the URL on the website by mistake which was why it wasn't working.

Slightly bemused by the fact it was like that for over a month and no one noticed! lol.

I recently purchased something from a website whose "mailto" has been a "maitlo" (and it's in an SSI, so it's on every page) for at least a year.

I'm seriously considering pitching my design services. Seriously ... getting "mailto" wrong? (aside from the issues of using it in the first place, of course, and opening up that email address to every webcrawling spambot in existence)

P.S. My random disconnections are not in fact me going mad; the cable company had a chat with my modem and, from what I understand, the modem gave them the silicon finger. They're sending a tech out tomorrow.
