Have you tried doing a hard reset?

NB - A hard reset will erase all content on the reader. Make sure that you back up all your data beforehand.

Your English is not so bad; considerably better than my Polish! If your English is good enough to communicate on MobileRead, then I expect it is good enough to communicate with Sony Support in English. Anyway, good luck with Sony Support in Poland.
