All but "Caffeine Won't Help"

Got a bunch of these and all downloaded from Sony just fine...except for "Caffeine Won't Help You Pass That Test". I'm guessing it has something to do with the fact that the EPUB is 92.96MB. Wow. Crashes the Sony software (sadly not that hard to do). Ah well... Must be a lot of pictures.

And the reports of charges for free books from before this promo are there and for this promo are there and on my blog, plus here.
They are also filled with trolls who haven't RTFM. I've never had trouble with customer service and I've had a Nook replaced as well as having the purchase price of a free book removed. I imagine they are still swamped. My biggest fault with B&N is that they understimate the success of thier device and therefore understaff and underprepare for things like this.

As to the books, I picked up the courtroom and law enforcement ones. Its always amusing to me to see how non-fic views my profession.

I looked over them and only found one of any interest to me... but may grab a few of the school books for my daughter.

If they have a quota, this will push me over. I probably have over 500 free books in the last year or so. I may have that many now just on the newest kindle, not including any on my original kindle.

Thanks for posting this. I downloaded a bunch for my HS student--will be putting them on his Sony 300. Hopefully they will help him do well on his SATs/AP exams.

Disappointing - these appear to be geo-restricted because they are all showing up as "unavailable" at the Sony Store. Too bad, there were more than few I was interested in

They extended the promotion to the 17th, and added Kindle Books! Here's the amazon link:

There are three free for Canadians in the Kindle store (four earlier, but one seems to have disappeared).

If you happen to want Math for Nurses, Campus CEO, or The Cleveland Clinic Guide to Heart Failure.

Anything else, and you'll have to pretend to be a US customer in whichever store suits you best.

The Kindle link from the first post worked well - currently there were 131 ebooks on the list. WOW!

Thanks koland for the heads up!
