I have a nook HD+ (8") and I like to read in bed. I have a triangular pillow from levengers called a mini Thai pad. I love it. Props nook to read in bed. Keeps nook from falling off bed when I fall asleep. If I am awake enough to put nook on bedstand, doesn't hurt if I roll over on Thai pad. All good.

Also I find the increased size of the nook to be an advantage. No it doesn't fit in a pocket like a phone but easier to read with one hand since less page turning involved. Doesn't pop in my purse but I have a tiny purse. So I gave my nook a matching cover to my purse and can easily grab both. Next purse may upsize just a tad and have a pocket for nook.

Me too! Too late to request a refund since it's been more than a week. I don't like the dude on the cover and I think I've seen him on other repubbed ebooks. Wish they could use the original covers in most cases.

I live to enable. If everyone else has a towering TBR pile like I do, I won't feel like such a freak.

I've read Willing Victim and After Hours by Cara McKenna and really liked both of them. She has a hard-hitting style and not the "same old, same old" characters that you find in many romances.

Hi all, I have info on how to make a knit prop pillow for ereaders and tablets. There is a free site for knitters called Ravelry that has a free pattern for a prop pillow. http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/libr...er-pillow-prop I haven't knit this yet, but it's in my saved patterns. This pillow is triangular shaped with a lip at the bottom so your reader won't slide off. In the pattern's project section, you'll find changes people made for their tablet's size and other ways to knit the lip at the bottom. Ravelry is totally free, but you must join the site to use it. BTW, there are lots of free patterns for covers and sleeves to protect your tablets and readers, too. It's also a great way to meet knitters from around the world. Happy Reading! Joan

I would classify as Contemporary Romance, but it was such a unique story, gave it a solid 4. It is NOT on sale right now, but it is available at Kobo if you want to hold out for a code.

I have a freebie by her that I haven't read yet. But I have added it to my wishlist. Thanks for the recommendation.

I also have the nookHD+. I don't read in bed but I did buy a purse that had a side pocket big enough for it at W.World for less than 20 bucks. I think it was made for ipads but works well for the nook as well.

Thanks for linking this! I love Ravelry but I probably never would have thought to look for a prop pillow for my e-reader. New project!

Free on ARe: His Wicked Games (ePub, Mobipocket, Adobe Acrobat)

Quote:
Trapped with a billionaire in his mysterious mansion... Can she beat him at his own game?

Lily Frazer would do anything to save the Frazer Center for the Arts--even take on the infamous billionaire Calder Cunningham. When Lily breaks onto the Cunningham estate, she only wants to find and reason with Calder. (All right, all right, she wants to punch him in the face, too, but that's Plan B.) As it turns out, the arrogant billionaire is willing to give her the money he promised, but there's a catch: she must win it from him.

And the games he has in mind aren't exactly... innocent.

Lily isn't about to give up the money without a fight (or let some haughty bastard seduce her), but she quickly discovers that there might be more to the brooding Calder than she initially perceived. As their games of cat and mouse become increasingly intense, she suddenly finds herself confused by her own emotions. Can she deny her attraction long enough to win the money she needs?

A contemporary, steamy take on Beauty and the Beast, His Wicked Games is a tale of devilish deeds, wild passions, and wicked romance.

I put mine on a tether, which works really well. However, my Samsung has no place to attach a tether, so I have had to rely on a really good case.

I've been meaning to get the series, but too bad it's still the normal price on Kobo. Guess I'll just wait for the next round of contest codes then.

Thank you for information

Well, that is a game-changer. I had figured on the PW, but hearing all these comments about the N7(2nd) has changed my mind.

In any case, I appreciate your comments and suggestions!

Only a chapter or so in, but I can tell I'm going to like this. Is the entire series good, or is this one of the uneven ones?
