I just came back from seeing the optometrist, and at 62 years of age, my eyesight is still 20/20!

Of course, 20/20 is only a measure of what I can see at a distance. Put a newspaper in front of me and without my reading glasses I can barely make out the headlines.

At home getting ready for bed, my own bed. Tomorrow I work the afternoon instead of the morning so I can sleep late, not having to get up in time to walk the dog. Although I know that I'll wake up around 8am, when I was looking after Luca my alarm rang at 7.30am on Tuesday to Saturday (work days for me) and on Sunday and Monday I woke up half an hour later.

I just got out of bed. I was trying to take a nap so I'd be awake for a few shows on Antenna TV starting at midnight: Alfred Hitchcock Presents, The Burns and Allen Show, and The Jack Benny Show. They bring back memories.

I went with more cuddling and singing lullabies. Afternoon nap took a bottle and some time on the breast. I enjoy the cuddling.

Eureka is one of the 'nicest' shows on TV today. Every time we watch it, we come away with a smile on our faces.
