Has anyone bought from these people? I'd like to buy one from a us site (so I don't have to worry about vat/exchange rates/etc). This looks like a relatively new site though...

I wouldnt reccomend you to buy from any other source that iRex.
The reasons are multiple: - price; if you're in N America you can get it for approx ~549 EUR;

-If you happen to get a defective unit(ive seen it happen), you deal directly with the manufacturer, no middle-man;

-the company is new and unknown; I wouldnt be to comfortable giving 700 USD to a company i havent heard of before;

After reading the fine print on their site, it looks like they don't ship from the US anyway. I've gone ahead and placed my order through iRex. Now to wait 2 weeks... Oh well, at least I'll have it before christmas.
