Kindlegen gets stuck on second xhtml for dictionary creation

Hello, I bring updates. I indeed took route 3 of duplicating the needed iforms for entries that contained iforms identical to some orth values (they were only about 5800 entries so the size didn't increase much). Now the dictionary works perfectly.

As for the compression, c1 compresses it nicely while c2 takes too much time (more than 15 minutes) for a meager gain in space.
