I definitely need to up the frontlight when I'm in the sun. The screen (of any e-reader) looks quite grey if I should turn off the frontlight.

I was wondering if anyone knows if the uneven light distribution is worse when you turn the frontlight up or down? I know it's hardly noticable at 100% brightness, but then I feel like I'm trying to read with a lighthouse, not an e-reader.
So I keep playing with the brightness to see if it's better or worse, but I'm just not sure.

I find it's more noticeable when low light (less than 8%)

The thing is, i know it's there, but while reading i don't "see" anything else other than the text.
