I've been trying to get a RMA number for three weeks now. That asked me to send a photo of the cracked screen and since then, nothing. I've sent two followup emails asking for RMA, and still nothing.

I will never purchase another Bookeen product, their support is just to poor.

I would *love* to tell you that this was an isolated incident, but I can't. Still and all, the Cybook is a decent product. (Note I didn't say *great*.) I'm sorry it went so wrong for you.

Actually, it's NOT! It's *INFINITELY* better than that from Netronix! TTBOMK, Netronix has a 0% success rate at dealing with broken EB-100s. Bookeen has a 100% success rate with repairing/replacing broken Cybooks. 100% is infinitely larger than 0%.
