It's back to school time, there is companion educational webquest for the book on www.thetimecavern.com website - take a look!

Also, looks like today is the last day for mobipocket's $3.50 promotion on The Time Cavern (Thanks again for all the support - it's currently #23 in juvenile fiction! http://www.mobipocket.com/en/eBooks/...t&pageNumber=3)

If there is anything you notice on the Kindle appearance to note, please let me know.

Thanks.
Todd, I finally got around to looking at the two versions (the sample portions posted). I ended up buying the non-Kindle version. The Kindle version (with the lower SRP price - both were the same with current amazon discounting) is missing the cover art and the sample itself is shorter. Also, there were some odd symbols inserted into the text here and there (the one I remember most was around the paragraph that started "the full moon" - I've delete the samples now, so can't look it up). That small detail was the main reason I went with the format I did, as otherwise they did look nearly identical (minus the cover).

Karen,
Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate you looking at both. I'll work with Amazon DTP to see if I can address this issue. Good to know the mobi converted version is good. Thanks for purchasing! I look forward to your review.

Is there a reason for the cover change?

New Publisher...

Hi dreams,
Thanks for the question about the new cover on "The Time Cavern". I've signed on with Ridan Publishing and they've updated the book for the second edition (new cover, new layout, etc.). We decided to do a new cover to appeal to a wider audience and more in theme with the book. Only time will tell how well it is accepted.

Ridan will also be publishing the additional books in the series (new book teaser chapter included at the end of this version).

Thanks for the interest!

Ridan Publishing Bestselling – The Time Cavern – 99 Cents until end of year!!

Ridan Publishing’s bestselling title – The Time Cavern – Book one in the Aaron and Jake Time Travel Series, is now available until the end of the year for only 99 cents!

The Time Cavern: Book one in the acclaimed series

THE MYSTERY BEGAN A HUNDRED YEARS AGO. IT WAS NEVER SOLVED. NOW IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN.
When ten-year-old Aaron moved from the big city to the country, he thought it was a boring sleepy town. Then he met Jake, a know-it-all farm girl who said his house was haunted. She claimed an Amish boy disappeared without a trace after hearing the wind call his name. Aaron thought she was just trying to scare him...until the night he heard his own name in the wind.

REVIEWS

"The Time Cavern will stimulate and captivate the imagination of young readers, girls and boys alike. I urge parents and teachers to add this book to their libraries. " -- D. B. Pacini, author of The Loose End of the Rainbow

"The Time Cavern showcases masterful storytelling that will immediately be passed forward to one of my nephews. I highly recommend picking up a copy for the young explorers that you love." -- Roy L. Pickering, author of Patches of Grey

"The mystery of The Time Cavern is clever, well-thought out, nicely researched in its details, and leaves me wanting more. I hope a sequel will be forthcoming. Very well-written & highly recommended to readers of all ages! " --Rai Aren, author of Secret of the Sands
