Hey, never mentioned that @work 100% time is reading! it's not heaven.

Anyway - I am pretty sure my device easily could serve a week (or longer) of reading without charge (no wifi).

But it start's to be an offtopic - so let's leave this battery issue...

Ah - but you don't have your "forever loop" running during that week.

So it is on topic - the topic of implementing what you desire using a "forever loop".
