Well I don't know what post # that thread was on when I posted here, but the post you refer to is # 5920 and it's currently at post # 5985. I'm sure it was at least 5930 or maybe 5940 when I posted the question. Sometimes people post so many posts in a thread so quickly it's hard to keep up. I did get a good deal on the 5 books though. Just .72 a piece so only about $3.60 or a little less than half of the cost of one book. Thanks for the code.

Or is the 90% just in the UK?

My account is a UK account, so it might not be available in your country. ---

But you can always change that. Someone told me it's quite painless; quite different than the way Amazon does that.

--- This is a new day, so the promotion might be over. I haven't checked this morning.

ADDED: I see you were able to get those. Congratulations....it's a great savings!

It is indeed. 5 books at $7.19 a piece = $35.95 so the $3.60 comes out to be about 10% of that. I don't know of a better deal than that for books short of the 100% off of some of the Read an ebook week offerings.

Thanks for the bump! I used the 90% off Kobo code and got the five book volume for $1.99. Yay!

I'm not in the market for new books right now, but this was a series I have been wanting for *ages*, so I couldn't pass it up.

I couldn't pass up the deal either. I've never read her work but I do like history and so these books looked interesting. Sort of historical fiction or dramatized history.
