Me too. On long work days, I have to have my "fix" of reading at least 1 to 2 hours. Some evenings, I read up to bed time and can finish a book; on weekends, I can read all day. It just depends on what has to be done or where I have to go. Reading is my way to de-stress, relax, etc.. I also don't have young children at home, which means I have more free time. Although, I did still find the time to read at least 2 or more hours a day even then. I have found that I arrange my errands and chores to get done in bits and pieces, so that I have longer periods of time to read. I may even pack everything into one day on the weekend so that I have the second weekend day as a full day of relatively nothing that has to be done, just so I can read.

I used to read that fast when I was younger. Until my 40s I could read 4 books in a weekend. Now my attention has dwindled a lot and I read about a book a week. Sometimes I find it takes more when I don't like the book, that happens when you've read a lot all of your life!

My poll response was "51-75." I read one or two books each week on average.
