Actually on a Touch and v3.2.2. I ended up uninstalling, making sure all the directories were deleted and reinstalling. It's worked fine since. From paranoia, I did uninstall 3.2.2 before installing 3.2.3. Once bitten, forever shy.

I updated my Kobo desktop to 3.2.3. When I synced up my Kobo Touch, the screen briefly said updating in several languages then went black and appears to be dead. Is there any way to bring it back to life?

You will probably have to due a pin reset. On the back of the KT there is a tiny hole that is big enough for a regular paper clip. Insert the end of a paper clip there to reset it. You can plug it in to provide power if the battery is dead while you do the reset. If nothing happens then you will have to do a master reset on the Touch. Hold the power button while pressing the reset switch.

good Luck

If a simple pinhole reset doesn't work, you can try a factory reset.

Hold the power slider in the off position for 15 seconds. This is just to ensure that the Touch is turned off.

Press and hold the home button. Paper clip reset the Touch. When the LED starts blinking rapidly (discoing), you can release the home button. The screen should display that it is resetting.

Good luck!
