No. Calibre does not remove DRM.

This is true, but it's VERY important to stress that Calibre does NOT have any DRM-removal capabilities. If it did, it would fall foul of the law in many jurisdictions. We must make a clear separation between Calibre, and the entirely separate plug-ins that third parties may have developed for it.
