Ivanjt, just saw your post. Not sure how I missed it. I didn't come with a box, it had been factory restored and there was no screen plastic cover it so I'm assuming it was used. It looks new though.. I took the battery out and put it back in and its been fine since then.

I'll keep that the plastic protector in mine for the new one that's coming. Thanks!

Hook it up to the computer via the usb cable and once you have allowed usb storage go to the following folder through the computer: .edge>.esi-content that is where all my books are stored. other media may be in the other .esi folders, but I only have books.
