Sorry that I didn't cut out the extraneous parts, but I'm on a smartphone and, as you know, it is difficult to do such stuff with so small of a screen . . . .

The "Stress and Your Body" title is one of The Great Courses' titles. From long experience with them, the least expensive that that The Great Courses title would ever be, bought from them, would be approximately $12.50. Quick math in my head--today's Audible deal is more than 67% less than that.

Personally, I don't need the course 'cause I'm always as cool as a cucumber.

What did you find out about .m4a?

I read ApK's response, but I'm not sure that what he or she said is correct in all situations.

My Android plays ".mp4" files just fine. However, I'm almost certain that it won't play ".m4a" files. I don't have any ".m4a" files, on my smartphone, to test that, but I'm almost certain that when I try to play one I get a message that says "file type not supported," or something to that effect. I delete the file when I come across one (maybe not such a good idea, though---there may be an app that can be installed that will play them).

In case anyone else is interested, the ebook What Is Real? gets very good ratings:
- 4.9 (10) at Amazon.
- 4.67 (24) at GoodReads (an excellent score from the ones who submit ratings there).

Of course, you'll want to consider the quality of the narration, too. You can check that on Audible's webpage for the audiobook.

I'm going to pull the trigger on this audiobook. It's one that I'll want to listen to as soon as I get it--advances in the knowledge of physics nowadays happen at a rapid clip, maybe more so than of any of the other "hard" sciences (of course, major discoveries, like that of the Higgs boson don't happen all that often). Thankfully, the ebook was published just this past March 20, so the information should be about as up-to-date as you can get with such a medium.

Interestingly, I have not been on the same Audible membership "for at least 2 months" (it's been 2 weeks, max), but they were going to sell me a credit (for $14.95) at checkout, anyway.

I thought that additional credits were cheaper than that, but they must not be. I think that I'll pass on the 2-for-1 deal this time--even with one free credit, the audiobooks still will end up being nearly $7.50 each.
