I'm glad you find it useful.

I plan to have a new plugin release sometime next week. I will try to add searching for Whispersync for Voice-Ready books. It shouldn't be difficult.

Allow searching for purchasable e-books supporting "Whispersync for Voice" at Amazon. (Use library-id w4v.store)

Show all searched books for which no results were found in the "UNCHANGED LINKS" section of the search summary report.

Show configuration errors in red below the table of libraries when editing the library configuration.

Change the search algorithm for Scribd to provide more complete results. This will increase search time in some cases.

Provide corrections for a few books that have known bad metadata at various library sites.

Fix bug that caused Scribd books cached by older plugin releases to be missed by searches.

Fix some cases of links not being removed for discovered books that later become unavailable.

Having trouble using the Overdrive link for Libraries in IA. When signing into library I have to select a specific branch, and then am asked for my Library card #. Could be that I don't have my parameters set correctly?
Here is what I'm using for library ID : wilbor.lib.overdrive.com

Wilbor uses a sign in sequence that I haven't seen before with OverDrive libraries. I will need to change the plugin to be able to sign in successfully there.

In the mean time you can use the plugin to find non-OverDrive Advantage titles at Wilbor by changing the configuration to remove the sign in information for that library. (Blank out the Branch ID, Card Number and Card PIN fields.)

I post in this thread when I release a new version of the plugin. You should also receive notification of an available plugin update the next time you start calibre following a plugin release.

The next release is almost ready and should be out shortly. I have made changes that I think will allow support of OverDrive external authentication as used by WILBOR, but I am unable to test it fully since I don't have login credentials for any of those libraries. If you can try it and report back I will make corrections as needed until it works for you.

Search results dialog moves by a couple pixels or so leftward each time. Unlike original bug reporter, it never moves offscreen, but I also remember it happening since probably calibre 1.0 and accompanying OverDrive Link... Definitely since before 2.0, so it's not a Qt5 problem, must be Something Else Entirely.

I'm having trouble understanding what is going on here. I can replicate the problem that was originally reported with the metadata download completion dialog and I see how Kovid's change fixes it. But the Overdrive Link plugin's completion dialog box position is saved and restored each time and so it should be immune to this problem. The dialog box geometry is kept in the file gui.json in the calibre configuration directory. The value is saved under the key "proceed question dialog:User Interface Action:Overdrive Link".

I have been unable to duplicate any shifting in position of the search completion dialog from the Overdrive Link plugin under Windows 8.1 with calibre 2.5 [64bit]. I see you are using Linux, perhaps that has something to do with this.

To diagnose the problem could you check if the proper key is present in gui.json and see if it changes after the completion dialog shifts position. That might help in discovering why the dialog is not staying in the same place.

Attempt to handle sign in to OverDrive libraries that use external authentication, such as WILBOR (West/Central Iowa Libraries Building Online). [This change is untested and may not be fully functional.]

Add pacing of Scribd queries to reduce the chance of being throttled. Add a long delay between queries when throttling is detected.

For Scribd report changes in the number of search results for different pages of the same result set as a warning instead of an error since it happens frequently. (Scribd search results may be incomplete.)

I tried the new version of Overdrive...Version 1.20.0 - 09 Oct 2014

However was still not able to login.

I looked at several libraries within the Wilbor system... and realized that even within Wilbor, they do not all authenticate the same way. I use Kirkendall.. but when I look at Ames or Altoona for example, those libraries' authentication is different than the one used by Kirkendall.
