LOL, I remember that.

Luckily, I remembered the review on Teleread by Branko, it showed the on/off switch in the photos, apart from reading about it here for you.

Well, mine arrived :-)
(netherlands, near to Venlo in the south)

as said many times before: beautifull screen...

of course it did not work on my network, and you can't specify full network
settings.... grrrrr

Now I have to make my little network "dhcp"

Just got mine (#622 UK).

For those interested, the LightWedge microfiber slip-cover fits very snugly (little bit of stretch needed in the corners) but I will be using this as my case on the move.

Well, if it's any consolation mine arrived today and won't hold a charge. It will turn on as long as it's plugged in, but won't charge at all.

You have the same exact problem I have. I would call customer support ASAP and they will contact you through email to send you a box and postage to ship your Illiad back for repair. They notified me on the first, but I have yet to receive the box. If I do not get it today I am going to email them back to find out what the turnaround is.

I wonder why they don't offer to ship a new unit in the box, and have you return the old unit in the then empty box???

I was hoping DOA might just be a direct replacement. Ship a new one and a return authorization for the old one and just charge your credit card for the old one if it is not returned within 30 days. That would seem to be a better plan for a doa unit. I would guess we're looking at somewhere around 3 weeks with this current process. I was hoping to have my unit for a long flight I have scheduled to Moscow, but that might not work at this rate.

I ordered mine July 30 also but they binged my card Aug 2. It still says Confirmed processing... So feel better, you had your money longer than I did.
