Not really. At least the people screaming part. The folks i work with are sort of edgy and start screaming in a crisis. So, if I hear screaming, then something is going on. Then, I look for smoke. Or a patient getting angry in the waiting room.

Yes, it is nearly over except for the Let's Put Up Barricades So That The People Who Haven't Figured Out How TO Drive On Snow Again Will Have Amusing Accidents Season.

It was snowing like dickens up in the Twin Cities. It's been snowing here today, but nothing is sticking yet.

It's a cool, grey, autumnal 15C/59F in South Wales. The leaves are going red and brown; the squirrels are stealing nuts from the bird-table and burying them in the tubs of plants on my patio.

Farking Autumn, actually. The first three snowfalls after December first are Winter, after which it becomes Farking Winter.

This morning as I was driving to work and closing in on Uppsala (The town I work in) it actually snowed. Good part is that it's above freezing, so it just melted away. Bad part is, I haven't changed to winter-tires on the cars yet. Probably need to do that tonight...

After last night's minor storm, it was a warmish and gusty day today, and some more dust started rolling in this afternoon and dragged humidity down to only 13% (my tree fern doesn't like the hot-and-dry, so I'm hoping it sticks it out okay). The dust is still coming (it's not as bad as that last lot), and the air smells of it, but we've locked up and turned on the air-conditioning.

Tomorrow, warmish again, but humidity will determine how warm that feels.

Snowing this morning, but now it seems like the sun is coming out again, around 4 degrees Celsius currently. So I am NOT going out without mittens!

Oh, and I'm not cursing the ancient Gods of my Viking ancestors anymore, after being hospitalized from both a RNS attack AND beeing struck by freak lightning I've decided it's bad for my health.

I will now instead start cursing The Elder God... Hey! Easy with that tentacl... Glbblldldöös....

Swedish weather here as well (snow, sun, 4 C). It's kind of a shock, actually. We had T-shirt-weather 10 days ago and now I'm wearing winter boots....
