A bit of fog today here in Denver which is a bit unusual only happens a few times a year (due to the altitude).

A brilliant autumn day here in Uppsala, Sweden

10 C, almost no wind to speak of and sun shining from a clear sky with that darkblue color you only get in autumn. Trees starting to change color en mass...

Damn I wish I was home and able to take a long walk with goggies instead of having to wrestle with stupid servers at work!

Trees are definitely changing here too.....Aspen Trees in the mountains are pretty much at their peak of color.

It started beautiful this morning, but those southerners didn't like it and thus they sent this huge cloud this way ...

It's getting cold, so Road Construction Season is coming to a close. We'll have a few days of "Oh, aren't the trees beautiful" season, followed closely by Farking Fall.

Sunny again! I'm sitting on the terrace wearing a t-shirt and short trousers! We're finally lucky after a cold and rainy summer.

that's just crazy. here it's grey and the sky is made of lead, and i wish it would just rain and get it over with because it looks like the kind of weather that will stick around making you cranky and claustrophobic for weeks. it's not actually very cold though, strangely. just close and humid and nasty.

Grey here. It did rain a bit earlier, for the duration we had to evacuate the building because of a fire alarm...

In a previous job, we all got used to keeping our outdoor clothes close at hand as the fire alarms would go off on a very regular basis. These weren't practise drills, but a result of being in the offices above a company whose job it was to set fire to furniture. The place I worked for was a training company, and it used to be really hard to convince the delegates on courses to leave the building when it was snowing or raining as they always thought it was just a practice drill

That's a good sign summer-proper is in its way. Yeah!

They always hold fire drills in the worst weather... I think it's part of the training, trying to get people out of a comfortable, dry building, while they just don't want to go...

I always stay in the building during fire alarms. If I smell smoke and hear people screaming, then it's time to leave...
