I know the movie was awful, but I always thought Carradine would have been a great Dracula.
He went to high school with Vlad the Impaler, after all.

Don't get me wrong, Am.
I love Roger Corman movies.
I just didn't know he was still alive.

I really love his Vincent Price movies, like "The Raven".
Vincent always makes me laugh.

He was one of a kind!

fixing up PIR lights; hadn't realised how quickly the nights were 'drawing in' and it's been an overdue job since the last time it went dark early.
these are mains lights, so I need, now, to work out where to put two solar powered ones .... [yes - I know - where they can "see" the sun ....!]

That being said, I enjoyed that film. The scene where Van Helsing's grandson pulls out a Star of David to ward off the vampire was a classic. "Why, Doctor! I didn't know you were Jewish!"

I remember it as "that one where the detective falls in love with the woman whose murder he is investigating, only to find out she's not dead and ends up killing her would-be killer. With Vincent Price and the actor and actress who I always think have got the wrong names"
