I more or less concur. I just don't think the US Senate qualifies under the definition.

And in fairness, many middle managers are quite bright enough to make decisions, but are constrained by corporate policy on what decisions they can make. Substantial decisions that might change important things are reserved for those higher up in the food chain.

Had to step back for a sec......DVR'd "Sharktopus" on ScyFy last week.

Its about a combo shark/octopus. Front part is shark, back part is tentacles with arrowhead ends.

It can even walk on land using the tentacles as legs......

Taking place in Mexico, with lots (most) of shots of bikini clad ladies...getting devoured in various ways.

'sigh. Why do I do this to myself? At least next Friday TCM is showing the Hammer Dracula films.....

Overall, I think Drácula was a better film than Dracula, although I preferred Béla Lugosi over Carlos Villarias as the vampire. There was something in Villarias' evil smile that made me want to laugh rather than be afraid.
