According to the SYKM website, Sally Spencer is a pen name for Alan Rustage, who wrote several mystery series under that pen name, and also the Inspector Paco Ruiz series using the pen name of James García Woods.

Appetite for Murder is the first in the Hayley Snow mystery series by Lucy Burdette - a pen name for Roberta Isleib, who has also written a series of golf mysteries of which I remember reading and enjoying at least one or two in DTB a few years ago.

Appetite for Murder is $1.99 at Kobo and Amazon US, at least. The rest of the series is $5.99 and up, so this appears to be one of those "give you a deal on the first in the series as a teaser for the rest" sort of deals, but still, it's a good price on a Penguin (not couponable at Kobo, sigh) title.
