he IS in Vegas. they only have fake beaches there. it is fairly common to have conferences/trainings there, especially "off season". there are SO many hotels there with ballrooms/conference rooms that it can be very cost effective to have them there. I was at a training for a week there last July. I hated it. not the training, Vegas

They still go in winter. A canadian friend swims every morning. He thinks it is warm in winter.
