Are you in status "paid not shipped"? I said it because #594 is still "order confirmed, processing", that's all. Hope I'm wrong, for your sake.

Hmmm... but so was I, until just a while ago... I would've guessed we'd all hop to the next state (and all the "order confirmed" would go to "paid, not shipped").

Does anyone know what "Delivery will take place via UPS - Small Package services" means? Is that next day delivery?

My iLiad will be sent tomorrow and I wonder if it will make it here (London) on Friday...I doubt it though.

The latest shippings have taken a couple of days (Riocaz's even more!), it was only the special batch of 10 that was sent Express.

I remembers me when I was looking for some free wifi in Madrid early this year. After locating a signal, I entered in a pub, went to the bar, asked for a beer, opened the portable keyboard, then mounted the Nokia 770 on it, and a waiter asked "that is a computer?". Not a PDA, but a "computer".

As for the e-ink, the reaction of my friends from humanities were mixed. They apreciated that it does not hum (humanities people are very sensitive to the humming of computers) and that it is a better screen that the usual LCD, but they also did some valid luddite-like remarks. We got also some discussion about how people hate technology because they usually are offered with defective products.

I don't easily think "strange" anymore when I read about the things that happen to you. :-) At least the company understood what you consider to be french benefits.
