The entire series of 10 (?) books was on sale in an Amazon UK Kindle Daily Deal a couple of years back. I bought them all then (99p a book) but haven't read any of them yet.

Edit: It was 16th Dec 2013. That was one of Amazon's better deals.

Some random Open Road Media price drops at Kindle US:

Depraved Indifference is the second in the Butch Karp and Marlene Ciampi by Robert K. Tanenbaum. Now at $1.99.
link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004GTM4ZA
Spoiler:
Quote:
Book Two of the bestselling Butch Karp legal thriller series: the prosecutor goes after Cold War terrorists and finds himself tangled up with the CIA, the FBI, and the Mafia

Butch Karp has never shied away from a difficult case, and when Croatian terrorists hijack a plane and kill an NYPD bomb squad cop in a bomb blast, he’s eager to prosecute the high-profile killers. But Karp’s aggression puts him at risk when his investigations uncover messy government secrets. Certain elements of the FBI and CIA don’t want the trial to go forward, and are willing to go to extremes to sabotage Karp’s case. Mired in local bureaucracy and international intrigue, only Karp’s dogged determination—along with the help of his crime-fighting partner and girlfriend, Marlene Ciampi—can once again deliver justice.

This ebook features an illustrated biography of Robert K. Tanenbaum including rare photos from the author’s personal collection.

The Missing Chapter is the seventh in the continuation by Robert Goldsborough of Rex Stout's Nero Wolfe/Archie Goodwin series. It's at $1.99.
link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B009VR4ST2
Spoiler:
Quote:
When a loudmouthed author gets silenced, Wolfe looks for the triggerman

The gun was fired close to Charles Childress’s head, and his were the only fingerprints on it, forcing the police to conclude that the author committed suicide. But his friends know this is impossible, because Childress loved himself far too much. He had just begun attracting fame, writing new mysteries starring the iconic Sergeant Barnstable, and he had bright hopes for the future. His publisher hires corpulent genius Nero Wolfe to determine who cut Childress’s career short, and the detective finds no dearth of suspects.

Among the many who may have wanted the wordsmith whacked are his agent, his editor, a corrupt book reviewer, and an enraged legion of Barnstable devotees. With the help of his indefatigable assistant, Archie Goodwin, Wolfe takes a look at those closest to the arrogant, argumentative author, hoping to decide which of Childress’s associates merely hated him, and which would have been willing to kill.

Charlie M (also pub as Charlie Muffin) is the first in the Charlie Muffin series by Brian Freemantle. It's at $1.99.
link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005HA9IFG
Spoiler:
Quote:
A cagey British spy fights enemies from without and within
Charlie Muffin is an anachronism. He came into the intelligence service in the early 1950s, when the government, desperate for foot soldiers in the impending Cold War, dipped into the middle class for the first time. Despite a lack of upper-class bearing, Charlie survived twenty-five years on the espionage battle’s front line: Berlin. But times have changed: The boys from Oxford and Cambridge are running the shop again, and they want to get rid of the middle-class spy who’s a thorn in their side. They have decided that it’s time for Charlie to be sacrificed.

But Charlie Muffin didn’t survive two decades in Berlin by being a pushover. He intends to go on protecting the realm, and won’t let anyone from his own organization get in his way.

This ebook features an illustrated biography of Brian Freemantle including rare photos from the author’s personal collection.

Binary by Michael Crichton (writing as John Lange) is $1.99.
link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00DEU9GYE
Spoiler:
Quote:
When a nerve gas shipment goes missing, the nation’s fate hangs in the balance

John Graves is a State Department intelligence agent who made his name on the front lines of the Cold War. Since then, he’s been transferred to domestic work, and his love for the job has withered away. All that sustains him is the hunt for John Wright—a crazed millionaire who is about to unleash the greatest domestic threat Graves’s agency has ever faced.

When seven mobsters rob a U.S. Army train in the middle of the Utah desert and make off with half a ton of the deadliest nerve gas known to man, Graves believes that Wright is involved. His plan: to detonate the weapon in San Diego during the Republican National Convention—an attack that would kill more than one million Americans, including the president. Stopping Wright will take more than police work. It is a chess match between agent and madman, and for Graves, checkmate is not an option.

This ebook features an illustrated biography of Michael Crichton including rare images from the author’s estate.

Four of the five titles listed by SYKM in the Joe Dillard series by Scott Pratt are on US Kindle Countdown right now, at $0.99 for a day and a bit more. The Kindle author page for Scott Pratt lists seven titles, with the order slightly different.

Either way the four currently on sale are:

An Innocent Client, #1
link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009WQ9YMS
(This title is also found in the Partners in Crime box set that was on US Kindle Countdown a few days ago, so if you have that, you don't need this one.)
Spoiler:
Quote:
A preacher is found brutally murdered in a Tennessee motel room.

A beautiful, mysterious young girl is accused.

In this bestselling debut, criminal defense lawyer Joe Dillard has become jaded over the years as he's tried to balance his career against his conscience. Savvy but cynical, Dillard wants to quit doing criminal defense, but he can't resist the chance to represent someone who might actually be innocent. His drug-addicted sister has just been released from prison and his mother is succumbing to Alzheimer's, but Dillard's commitment to the case never wavers despite the personal troubles and professional demands that threaten to destroy him.

"Pratt's richly developed characters are vivid and believable, especially the strong Southern women who fight their male-dominated culture from behind a facade of vulnerability in this brilliantly executed debut." -- Publisher's Weekly

"It’s Scott Turow and Grisham... The opening chapter is maybe the most compelling I’ve read in a decade.” – Ken Bruen

Smart and sophisticated, with a plot twist that will leave you shaking your head in wonder, "An Innocent Client" -- the first in the acclaimed Joe Dillard series -- will also leave you begging for more.

Injustice for All, #3
link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A79N8X0
Spoiler:
Quote:
A criminal court judge is found hanging from a tree.

A young employee of the district attorney's office goes missing.

In this third book of the best selling Joe Dillard series, Dillard finds himself in the middle of two volatile mysteries. The primary suspect in the judge's murder is Dillard's son's best friend, and Dillard's wife may have destroyed evidence. Meanwhile, the missing girl turns out to be a mystery far deeper than anyone imagined...

"Pratt's richly developed characters are vivid and believable." - "Publisher's Weekly."

"It's Scott Turow and Grisham..." - Ken Bruen.

"Pratt knows what he's doing and it shows." - Alafair Burke.

Reasonable Fear, #4
link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004MYFNIO
Spoiler:
Quote:
Three young women are found floating in a lake.

The suspect is one of the richest and most powerful men in Tennessee.

"Reasonable Fear" is the fourth of the bestselling Joe Dillard series offered by Scott Pratt. In this novel, Dillard has become the district attorney in Northeast Tennessee. He becomes heavily involved in the investigation with Sheriff Leon Bates and soon realizes that he is up against an enemy that he has never before encountered -- someone so rich and so powerful that the course of justice could be altered by money and political influence. But when bodies start showing up in his driveway and his family is threatened with termination, Dillard must ask himself a previously unthinkable question. His life, and the lives of his family, depend on the answer.

Blood Money, #5 SYKM, #6 Amazon
link: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00GRFFRHS
Spoiler:
Quote:
* * * NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:
"Blood Money" is an extensive rewrite of a book I wrote a few years ago called "Russo's Gold." While I was satisfied with most of "Russo's Gold," there were parts of it that I wanted to improve. I also wanted to incorporate it into the Joe Dillard series, and that is what I've done. I hope you enjoy it. -- Scott Pratt

In the sixth volume of the bestselling Joe Dillard series, Dillard does something he has never done before -- he hires a young associate. Her name is Charleston Story, she is bright and beautiful, and in her very first case, she winds up inheriting an item so valuable that it threatens to destroy her and everything she cares about. As Dillard tries to help and advise his young protege, he finds himself dragged into a web of danger and intrigue, a web so thick that he may never be able to extract himself.

Still Life with Murder is the first in Patricia (P.B.) Ryan's excellent (IMO) Nell Sweeney historical mystery series. It goes up and down in price a lot, but is free right now at Kindle US.

link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B003UV98MM/

Spoiler:
Quote:
“P.B. Ryan makes a stunning debut with Still Life with Murder, bringing Nineteenth Century Boston alive, from its teeming slums to the mansions on Boston Common, and populating it with a vivid and memorable cast of characters. The fascinating heroine, Nell Sweeney, immediately engages the reader and I couldn't put the book down until I discovered the truth along with her. I can’t wait for the next installment.”
—Bestselling author Victoria Thompson

Boston, 1868: The dawn of the Gilded Age, an era of burgeoning commerce and invention, of unimaginable new fortunes and lavish excess—for some. Born into dismal poverty, young Nell Sweeney scratches by on her wits and little else until fortune blesses her with a position as nursery governess to the fabulously wealthy Hewitts. But she soon learns that ugly secrets lurk beneath the surface of their gold-plated world.

The Hewitts’ eldest son, William, a former Union Army battle surgeon and the black sheep of the family, was reported to have died three years before in a notorious Confederate prison camp. But one snowy February afternoon, his parents learn that he is, in fact, still alive—and in jail for having murdered a man while intoxicated on opium. Infuriated by his son’s deception and convinced of his guilt, August Hewitt forbids his wife from coming to Will’s aid, so she begs Nell to help exonerate him. Nell finds that she must delve into the kind of dark and treacherous underworld she thought she’d left far behind if she is to unearth the truth before the hangman’s noose tightens around William Hewitt’s throat.

"Cross Agatha Christie with Georgette Heyer and what do you get?--Rosemary Stevens!" Jane Detinger, Senior Editor, Mystery Guild

After receiving a series of death threats by post, the Prince of Wales feels that some time spent away from London will calm his frazzled nerves. So he escapes to Brighton — where Beau Brummell joins him as a guest. With guards posted at every door, the atmosphere is tense — especially under the scrutiny of Sir Simon. Hired by the Prince as his personal "food-taster," the odious baronet is a poor substitute for the polite company of London society that Beau is used to.

Some refinement appears in the form of a new blend of snuff prepared by Beau's good friend Petersham. Sir Simon insists on sampling it before the Prince — only to keel over dead. Now, Beau's friend is supected of trying to assassinate the Prince. In order to clear Petersham's name, Beau will have to turn his quizzing glass on the crime . . .

Journalist Noel Baker is no stranger to reporting horrific and gruesome crimes. But when a disturbing suggestion arises in a coroner’s report, she decides to look into her new case more closely. Young Belinda Carey has been killed and with the parents the obvious suspects, the police are looking no further for the culprit. But Noel senses a disturbing pattern with the deaths of other abused children and she realizes that Belinda’s death may not have been at the hands of her neglectful and abusive parents. As Noel's investigation unfolds, the killer writes a diary. The diary reveals a horrific childhood with unspeakable suffering, and these demons of the past rear their heads in the present... It reveals that the killer is right amongst them, one of an old circle of university friends. But which one? Who could be driven to such deplorable acts?
