I am, because it was an advanced one and not only could I keep up for the whole hour but I could follow the cue without problem too .

Yep, endorphin is mighty addictive and I don't feel well at all on the days when for one reason or another, I can't exercise. I need it daily, and it has to be almost exhausting for me to enjoy it fully.

I keep forgetting to ask, but here it comes..... what on earth is a flapjack ?

Going to make myself a veggie pizza with fresh dough, fresh spinach and fresh broccoli. And of course, fresh tomatoes, fresh onions and a bit of mozzarella. Super spicy olive oil on top (a teaspoon at the most, it is very, very hot) and in the oven for 12 min.
Yummy and apart from the dough, quite healthy too!

I haven't been reading much these days either. Currently it's Luka and the Fire of Life... I don't enjoy it as much as I should. The atmosphere is a little bit too bright to my taste. Such a pity, it's a nice children book.

Maybe I should try some dark fantasy. Maybe it's just my mood lately. I feel nostalgic...
