I wish I could like the greens... I certainly am in the right place to get a great variety of them. Often when we are touring on the weekends we pass tea 'factories' where we are almost knocked off the bike by the smells of the roasting/drying teas. All of these places have factory stores where the public can walk in to buy tea. Why couldn't I live in the Assam region! Or the Anhwei province of China for the keemun!

today in the morning I started with 2 cups of Assam, a new one for me and the last of the single estate Assam I purchased in Fortnum and Mason in February (Assam Numalighur TGFOP1 Second Flush). As usual, superb Assam. The third one was the first cup of Keemun of the same brand. Then a very good Yunnan Black Golden Tips from Chah Online Tea.

Years ago I was in Seoul and I met a woman... Nice weekend but I caught cold on Saturday night and she pumped me full of Ginseng tea. First cup was absolutely vile... but after that, I discovered I loved the stuff! I can't say that it cured my cold, but something sure helped me enjoy that weekend!

They tried to launch Dr Pepper over here. It was a huge flop. It's unique taste didn't catch on. A bit like if Aussies tried to market Vegimite over there.
