Ah... A nice summer day! Around 22C and partially overcast, cool or warm a few minutes at a time depending on the cloud cover. Can hear the faint noise of light winds in the leaves and branches of trees, like I'm hearing the wind in my face.
It seems that variability is back. Different weather several times per week or even day from day. I like that! Last edited by Adoby; 08-05-2018 at 05:26 AM. |

A very pleasant day, with a max temperature of 25C. It did get sweaty in the afternoon. Tonight it's going to cool off nicely. But after that there are another two hot (32-34C) day, which also means warm nights. But rain and thunderstorms are predicted for Tuesday evening and on Wednesday temperatures will drop almost 10C to 25C and it will cool down further in the days after.
To be honest, with the prospect of normal temperatures those two hot days and nights are almost an unbearable idea for me. Luckily tomorrow I have the day off, but on Tuesday, the hottest day, I have to work until 2pm. |

38 C and partly cloud here in He. . . Errr, Texas. Very Seasonal. Not hot like a couple of week ago at 43 C.
Rain and 31-32 C predicted for later this week. A nice cool off period. Still a couple of months until autumn. . . Roses are blooming and the cannas are growing great guns. . . |

Warm again, though not too muggy. For some reason today's temperature, 31C, hit me harder than higher temperature we've had over the past couple of weeks. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's 35C. I can't even keep the windows open tomorrow night because of the predicted rain and thunderstorms around midnight, so I expect an uncomfortable and sweaty night.

Ridiculously hot, though I don't think we got the promised 35C today, still 34C is too warm, too. Add to that there is hardly a breeze it's been a trying day. It's expected that by midnight it's still 25C, and during the night it won't go below 22C. Later in the week I'll be very glad when it's 22C during the day, but for during the night it's just too warm.
They do predict some rain and possible thunderstorms for during the night, possibly. Looking at the current rain radar the rain might just graze us, or it might miss us. |

It looks like we dodged the bullet again, Hector's heading west. He'll prolly miss the Big Island by 150 miles, and us by 400 miles.
