			Usually that happens when the columns are too narrow to display the entire test within, and csv files won't save your column spacing to prevent that from happening each time you open the file.  I usually resave it as an excel file, adjust my columns and resave and then the column width stays and the numbers turn into real dates as they should.

I had several people telling me how to make a MP3 copy as audible allows 1 it never works  So unless they are Free or real cheap I do get them. 			It is quite common to get these type emails from the account specialists. You wont get any info out of them. The only time I have seen anything done is when the person contacted Jeff's office and made a big stink about it.

			Which is about the only way they can respond. Josie, what type of remedy are looking for? To be blunt, Amazon accepts refunds for most any reason, so you giving a detailed explanation why you returned each item will probably fall on deaf ears. You've received a notice for the past two years about excessive refunds - no one at Amazon can change your refund ratio so it falls below Amazon averages. I'm just trying to understand exactly what you want Amazon to do - perhaps we can come up with some ideas to reduce the stress this is causing you. |
