Got my FedEx email right now. Estimated delivery: Dec 17, 2007

*lol* about the cartoon, sunfield. But I have to tell you, it's even worse when the package is finally on the truck (okay, probably in the truck -- but who knows with these prepositions?), 'cause you start wondering what the heck has happened to the truck. Has it got lost? Has it got stuck in a traffic jam? Hasn't the driver found your address???

I think I might have worried the FedEx man who brought me my package: I was so happy it had finally arrived that I nearly hugged the poor man.

I hope your package will arrive soon, too!

Recieved my wifes device this afternoon and up and running. Lovely little thing, now I want one.

Greetings all! I've been following everyones adventures on this forum since I ordered my Cybook on Dec. 5th, about time I joined in! I'm delighted to see the shipped order numbers are steadily making their way into the 7000s, where mine patiently resides! Many thanks for all the updates and info so far!

Then you really just missed it because on the previous page someone has order# 66xx. Did you check your SPAM box?

Glad it arrived! .. i'm very taken with it also and it compares very favourably with the iRex (which hubby has and i sold!) .. definitely my favourite 'reader' by far ...

Doesn't seem so. The biggest order number I've seen in this thread so far was around 6500.

I, personally, have a number of 7500. I think they'll be shipping it monday or tuesday if they keep up this rate. Of course, that's assuming that they don't ship on weekends. It would be amazing if they did!

The strap really doesn't get in the way normally, but when I read I fold the front cover all the way back and the slip the strap into the slot on the front cover. I think the brown cover looks classier, but I'm quite happy with the case I got.
