Potassium nitrate. What they use in salami to keep it pink. In smoked meat also. The flavor is not bad. You Americans have the best coffee I have ever had. Money eh. Actually it comes from Jamaica. The Blue Mountain. But your way to brew it beats them all. |

 Spoiler:
Infantry Punch has a liquor representative of every geographic location the infantry has fought in... brandy, tequila, cognac, champagne, bourbon... AND!!!! an unwashed sock that has been worn on the Niejmengen March! the first round goes around in a canteen cup, the second no one cares, and eventually it is being consumed out of shoes and undergarments | |

I imagined something like that ... In Germany they can make a good coffe. But nobody beats the American brewing. Low temperature, mild roasting, coarse milling and a lot of coffee, of good quality of course. Like Columbian. But do try, if you have not yet, the Blue Mountain from Jamaica. |

I don't like coffee BUT I absolutely fell in love with latte and cappuccino when I was on Cuba. Never ever have I tasted something even remotely so good.
