I once got Bali-Belly during one of several trips there, and it had some similarities you really don't want to know about. I've only once felt sicker, and more degraded in my sickness (and that was from some Woolworths chicken skewers).

The bevvies might arguably be considered in the case of Bali (they weren't the cause, though a mix of too much sun and alcohol is apparently often mis-self-diagnosed as "Bali-Belly"), but I was as sober as a very sober nun with the chicken. I'll never forgive nor forget that, Pooh.
