Wondering if I should call ahead to work and warn them that my inner klutz made a surprise appearance last night. I tripped over my own two feet and hit my mouth on my car door, splitting my lip open, then scraping both knees and the top of one foot raw before landing on my rear. I hurt, and I look like I've been in a barroom brawl. Oh, I forgot the bruise and scrape on my left arm...

Chris is convinced everyone's going to think he beats me, which is utter nonsense.

I'm positive. My inner klutz makes an appearance every couple of years or so. Besides, I can't think of anything he could do to me that would scrape my knees and the top of my foot!

I worked in dental for a number of years, and the standard answer (by our boss) was always, "It's not recommended to crush ice cubes at all.. unless you want to help keep us in business."

Oh, ht, it is hard. We had to take my dad's beloved dog in when he was in too much pain to even get up. It was incredibly difficult to make the decision.

Oh, no. I hope you are all right now. I have days when I even trip on the flat floor.

Just admit you have a problem, Shel and go to an AA meeting.

Denial is an ugly thing.

Take it from another klutz. No one believes you weren't loaded or beaten.

I am saddened by your loss h_t

I am gladdened by the fact you gave your doggie a good life and loved her well.

H_T, I'm sorry to hear about your dog. Giving him a steak was a thoughtful gesture.

I am so sorry for your pain. She is now pain-free, but it's always hardest on those left behind! I too know how that feels.
