I think I'm gonna get some goats and chickens just to piss the city off. They are legal...I could let them roam the neighborhood and eat peoples flowers.

Is there a leash law for goats and chickens?

If so, just make sure you put really looong leashes on them so they can reach the neighbors' flowers and still be in compliance.

Wouldn't want to get into even DEEPER bulldookie with the city by letting them roam off-leash.

bagpipe music is VERY effective. my daughter and I used to do Scottish dancing at the games so obviously we would practice at home. I have one CD that breaks it down into the steps and you can go over and over with really loud pipe music....

No, as a matter of fact, I don't!!

However, that just illustrates my point, you have one that was made 20 years, sitting there humming along. Probably weighs a ton, but you could drop it off your roof, plug it in, and heat up your coffee. While, mine is half plastic, weighs about 10 pounds, and is already broken.
