New SDK is up and the update document viewer plugin sources are there too. I don't expect more changes to the document viewer interfaces before 2.0 is final, so it should be the last time you'll have to change the 2.0 plugins. Have fun!

This update works much better than the previous one. Thanks for your efforts!

Despite that, I have three comments to make:

1) Turning pages is much faster now but sometimes, in the middle of an epub book, the speed decreases. I think I'm not the only one who has experienced that in this foro. The original firmware was more stable.

2) Sometimes I have to push the button 2/3 times in order to turn off the screen. The screen flashes but does not turn off.

3) I have experienced some wear problems with the text size in some books. I always read in medium size but the text format changes depending on the book and look different (bigger or smaller). In a certain book, the size of the text changes on the second half. I've tried the same books on previous firmwares and I did not experienced that.

after the last update it indeed looks ok again. but..... why does it take approx. 2.5 minutes to load my book? it's a normal ePub. could it be that it contains 1004 pages? i don't think so. furthermore, after the update my books is corrupted. i did delete it and replaced it. now it's fine. but loading a book takes still far to long. anyone with an idea?

Well I loaded the latest update on my DR800SG last week and didn't get the page turning benefits that I was so hoping for. My biggest problem with my iRex is the speed of turning many of the pages in my epubs. I actually lent it to a visitor over the weekend (aren't I nice!) and she gave it back with a book partially read. She said that the white square and the "Please wait" messages were driving her nuts and she was far too impatient to finish the book that way. Many of my books started life as PDF files that I used Calibre to convert to epub. I don't know if there is some specific issue because of that or not...........Jackie
