Joining chapters

Hi all,

sorry if this has been posted before, I could not find it in this forum. Is there a way to join 2 chapters in Sigil 0.2.x? I have a few books with unwanted chapter breaks that I would like to remove.

A "merge chapters" feature is forthcoming. Currently, you just copy/paste the code from one body element to the end of another (accounting for CSS etc).
