Got off of work a few hours early. Going to go pick the kids up from school in 30 then work out for 120 then go to a school event type thing.

I love it when you get your arms so pumped up they feel like they can rip someone's head off then you work them so hard you feel like you cannot even hold up a water bottle. Do this with 8 - 10 exercises for three sets with 10 -12 reps each with 30 lb dumb bells until they are numb and you find yourself punching your biceps and pinching your triceps yelling at your arms to keep going.

Strength is my new drug of choice.

I think those'll be the only free ones, and I'll polish the others, put them all together in some sort of order (it's hard, because ideally, some of the stories wandering round in my head happen at the same time other ones do - so I need to work out whether to order them chronologically, or by character(s), or some other method), and charge people HUUUUUGE amounts of money for them, like $2 or something. Maybe $3 if there are enough of them
