we're home! Strider is PISSED!!! I have a Dutch door leading into my room, Arwen and I are in this side and Strider is SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! MROWR!

Arwen has already pottied in the litterbox, had a drink and is now investigating my room (which could be epic!)

This is totally normal. When I brought home baby Goldie cat, my old cat Spot parked under an end table and hissed non-stop for the night. It eventually wears off. Be brave - and take pictures!

see my son thought my daughter was his personal toy! they were the right ages apart though I think and that helped, 5 years.

I sent myself pics from my cellphone last night and they didn't show up! ;o( I'm going to have to pull the card and try to downloand them later today.

she slept through the night curled up on and next to my pillow ;o)! she has gotten up, pottied, had a quick snack, tried to help me with the laptop, and is now curled back up in my lap. Strider has come in for a quick hiss and a look *sigh* . I am supposed to meet my daughter for breakfast, and then a quick trip to the Farmer's Market. she'll come with in her little carry case. normally I would leave a kitten home, but she has already made it very obvious that with a 100% hand raised kitten that isn't going to work for awhile!

Arwen has had a pretty busy day! we went out to breakfast this morning (yes I took her in the restaurant in her carry bag), went to see the Tall Ships that were in port, did the Farmer's Market, and finally the Chiropractor! then a long nap this afternoon.

finally a few pictures. the eating one is yesterday, the two sleeping ones were this afternoon. she was curled up next to my shoulder, it was pretty difficult to get it that close!
