Cloud storage is really expensive. For the price of a one year subscription you can get an NAS at a hundred times bigger capacity. Plus, there's no snooping in your files from anyone...

Fruit trees nowadays are all available on a dwarf support for better picking. At those sizes it's more affordable if you want to install a netting protection from birds and bugs.

Just reading that makes me feel like running to the grocery store!

They're not that bad, honest! Now plant one and tell him it's something else like... erm... a dryng pole for the tent?

Mmm, I wonder if you can keep a dwarf almond tree inside, and take it on the balcony during summer... That would be great!

All I ever had to do with my sister's cherry tree is spray it once in the spring and she never had a bug problem. Easy!

I tore down four peach trees I had two summers ago. The damn birds kept eating and crapping on the peaches. All I got now is a super humongous fig tree.

I'm not sure why you assume people snoop on your files in the cloud. IF you use Jungle Disk or similar you can have everything encrypted before it is sent up to the cloud.

Yes... a NAS is cheaper if you just compare size but there is a lot more to it... there is access and redundancy that you don't get with a NAS.

Reading all the remarks about pregnancy cravings...when I was pregnant with my daughter, I craved Mexican food constantly. When I was pregnant with my son, if it was green and a vegetable, I'd eat it. Except green peppers. But anything else was fair game, I've never eaten so much broccoli and spinach in my life.

a little chipmunk has appeared on the step outside my bedroom door (it's a glass slider). I constantly see squirrels, but this is the first time I have seen a chipmunk on the farm. anyway, it is driving Strider buggy!

Don't let Strider out!
It's a trap!
He goes for the chipmunk and the pack will leap out of hiding and tear him to shreds!

They are vicious killers!
